The Walk for Thought is your chance to get together with members of your community who share a passion, drive and commitment to raising awareness of the Brain Injury Association of Minnesota and the causes, effects and consequences of brain injury.
Since 2002, thousands of people have participated in the Brain Injury Association of Minnesota's Walk for Thought. From cities and neighborhoods all across Minnesota and beyond, people with brain injury, their loved ones, supporters and professionals have stepped up by stepping out and raised money for the Association's supports and services.
The Brain Injury Association of Minnesota is excited to announce that Corey Koskie, former Minnesota Twins third baseman, is the Honorary Chair and Ambassador of this year’s Walk. Koskie is leading his own Walk team and will be part of the pre-Walk program in St. Paul’s Como Park which will be hosted by Don Shelby, WCCO TV News Anchor and host of The Don Shelby Show on WCCO Radio AM weekdays.
