Rockstar Storytellers company members include writer-performers from a variety of different styles and performance genres: stand-up comedy, creative non-fiction and monologue, improv, slam poetry, stage, radio, songwriting, playwriting and screenwriting. Each is a successful independent writer and performer, many performing regularly around the Twin Cities, and by joining forces the members hope to multiply their creative power and share it with others. Much like the Justice League of America. Except with storytelling. Not that we don't also stand for justice. We do. Justice is great.
The UNDRESSED cabaret series will include a variety of themes on which select company members spin their various yarns, which are then all crocheted together under the loving guidance of the evening's host into a delectable doily of drama, disturbance and delight.
