Join REI and Three Rivers Park District for the Three Rivers Off-Road Triathlon! Paddle, pedal and run your way around beautiful Lake Rebecca Regional park in western Hennepin County.
7k canoe or kayak, 10k mountain bike, 7k trail run (distances are approximate). A course map is available by clicking the second link below.
Limited kayak rentals available through any Twin Cities REI locations (sorry, delivery is not available).
Registration/packet pick-up at 9 AM
Race begins at 10 AM
